Launchpad Studio
The main goal is for Eagles to work hard, play hard, and develop their callings.
This studio serves Eagles who are 14 to 18 years old.
The Launchpad is a learning environment where Eagles get a taste of reality as they prepare to launch into the world and continue their Hero’s Journey. By learning the importance of taking initiative and ownership of their lives, Eagles strive to make their experiences as valuable and meaningful as possible. The emphasis is placed on creating and executing a personal and academic plan that will prepare them for success upon graduation.
Launchpad Eagles get ready for real world success by gaining valuable skills, mastering them through
apprenticeships, and launching real startups or entrepreneurial adventures.
In Launchpad, Eagles work on developing personal skills in the following areas:

- Teamwork
- Self-discipline / Hardwork
- Tough-mind / Warm-heart
A day in the life
Core Skills
Mastering reading, writing, math and other academics using computer simulations, Socratic Discussions and other learning tools.
Projects
Leading, creating and collaborating in real world projects to master 21st Century Skills.
Apprenticeships
Experimenting with entrepreneurs, scientists, community leaders and other mentors to hone your most precious gifts and talents to find and start to develop your calling in life.
